The UC Davis College of Biological Sciences is preparing the next generation of scientific leaders for success. Our faculty, researchers and students are advancing foundational scientific knowledge and exploring life processes to transform our world. We identify opportunities, drive outcomes and push the frontiers of discovery every day.
Your gift — no matter the amount — can have a tremendous impact on our students, faculty and programs. You can target your gift to support undergraduate students, graduate students, post-doctoral scholars, faculty or facilities. You may also support our Annual Fund to support the College’s highest priorities this year.
When you support biological sciences at UC Davis, you provide valuable resources that support world-class education and facilitate research discoveries in cancer, neuroscience, genetic and infectious diseases, environmental conservation, food production and more.
Join our generous supporters and the College of Biological Sciences family and support our students, faculty and programs today by giving to the funds below today.
Combined, we change the world! This is why Every Aggie Counts.
College of Biological Sciences Annual Fund and Dean’s Circle
Support the highest priorities in the college this academic year through this high impact fund. At the discretion of Dean Mark Winey, this fund supports student success – in the classroom, in the lab or in the field. This year, through the generosity of ’76 alumna Deborah J. Neff, all gifts of $500 or more to this fund will receive a $500 match to encourage membership in the CBS Dean’s Circle. Give now and receive exclusive access to programs, lectures and special events throughout the year.
Center for Neuroscience General Support
The Center for Neuroscience is the interdisciplinary hub for neuroscience research and training at UC Davis. Our scientists are making discoveries that reveal how the brain works and uncover the causes of brain dysfunction, including dementia, addiction, autism, schizophrenia, depression, ADHD, and traumatic brain injury, to advance treatments and cures. Your gifts support cutting-edge research, graduate and undergraduate training and community outreach programs.
UC Davis Botanical Conservatory
A living museum, the UC Davis Botanical Conservatory is home to more than 3,000 plant species from around the world. It serves the university and regional communities as an educational facility, research resource and genetic diversity preserve. Your support helps inspire, facilitate, promote and engage visitors with an understanding and appreciation of plants, their diversity and the pivotal role they serve in the environment.
you can do it on Give Day! Join us and give to a place you are passionate about!
Grants and Scholarships are key to student success at UC Davis because more than 50% of our California undergraduates use them to cover their tuition and fees.
