Staff Advisors

Korinne Labourdette (she/her/hers)

Korinne graduated from UC Davis in 2018 with a major in Psychology and a minor in Communications. Since then, she’s held a variety of roles in marketing, advertising, and events within the private sector. While at UC Davis, Korinne completed a marketing and events internship that sparked her passion for the industry — and she hasn’t looked back since. Currently, she is the assistant director of philanthropy programs for the Annual and Special Gifts unit within DEVAR and assists with many different programs including the UC Davis Student Foundation, Employee Giving, the Davis Chancellor's Club, and Parent Fellows. If you ever have a marketing question or help with strategy (especially social media), she is here for you!

Co-Presidents

Katrina Poulter (she/her/hers)

Katrina is a Biological Sciences major intending to do something that brings her joy, whatever that may be. She joined the UC Davis Student Foundation in 2023 to try and help destigmatize what being a philanthropist means, who can participate and how. She serves as the current president to help encourage philanthropy from a wide range of individuals in varying paths of life. In her free time, she enjoys learning new languages, baking with friends, dancing and trying out new things. She strives to bring compassion and understanding to her leadership.

Shannon Ikemiya (she/her/hers)

Shannon is a communications and design double major and has been part of the UC Davis Student Foundation Marketing and Stewardship committee since Fall 2022. She joined Aggies Helping Aggies because she wanted to give back to the UC Davis community and she strongly believes in the power of philanthropy. She joined the Marketing and Stewardship Committee because she loves using graphic design and social media to make a positive impact. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, golf, volleyball, and crochet.

Yanyi He (she/her/hers) - Finance and Allocation Committee

Yanyi is an Animal Science major. In her free time, she likes to hang out with her dogs, paint, and listen to music. She was introduced to the UC Davis Student Foundation by a friend and chose to join because, as a scholarship recipient, she understands how important it is for students who struggle with financial instability and want to give back to the community.

Jennifer Corraltitlan Castro - Finance and Allocation Committee

Jennifer is an Animal Science Major at UC Davis. She heard about the UC Davis Student Foundation during Davisfest and chose to join the Finance and Allocation committee because she understands that money doesn't always come easily. She wants to help fellow students in need because she believes that financial hardships shouldn't stop people from pursuing a higher education. In her free time, she loves to crochet, play tennis, and watch movies.

Gisella Henrianto (she/her) - Development Committee

Gisella is a Biological Sciences major with a passion for conservation and biotechnology. She joined the Development Committee to engage in meaningful work that creates a lasting impact. She enjoys hands-on research and collaborative projects. In her free time, she loves listening to music and spending time outdoors.

Stephanie Chan (she/her/hers)- Marketing and Stewardship Committee

Stephanie is a Design major and pursuing a minor in Communications and in Community Development. She has done volunteer work for her hometown community for as long as she can remember and joined the UC Davis Student Foundation to give back to the Davis community. She is looking forward to working with a passionate team to help spread the UC Davis Student Foundation name, purpose, and opportunities. In her free time, she enjoys binge watching all kinds of shows and movies, tennis, journaling, and going to concerts.

Development Committee

Leisha Jhamb (She/her)

Leisha Jhamb is a Managerial Economics major and Technology Management minor. She joined The UC Davis Student Foundation Development Committee because she strongly believes in the idea of Aggies Helping Aggies. UC Davis has given her so much, and she wanted to give back in a way that directly supports other students. Whether it's helping raise funds or creating new opportunities, she loves being part of building a stronger campus community. In her free time, she likes to dance, paint, and travel as well as hang out with friends and family!

Charisma Ly

Charisma Ly is a Managerial Economics major and an accounting minor. Charism enjoys playing guitar, hanging out with friends, and running. Charisma decided to join the UC Davis Student Foundation because she thinks an important part of life is to be of service to others and to give back to the community.

Marketing and Stewardship Committee

Alyssa Sun (she/her/hers)
Alyssa is working towards a degree in Cognitive Science. She joined the UC Davis Student Foundation to uplift other students on campus through philanthropy. Alyssa enjoys baking, boba, and reviewing movies. She is hoping to pursue a career in advertising or human resources.

Finance and Allocation Committee

Maya Wiegand
Maya is a Quantitative Psychology and Statistics double major. Maya joined the UC Davis Student Foundation to be more involved in student philanthropy on campus. Maya wants to continue to give back to UC Davis, and ensure future students have the same opportunities they’ve had. Outside of school, Maya loves to swim and paddleboard, cook, and go antiquing.

Arleth Mendez-Perez
Arleth is a Clinical Nutrition major. She learned about the UC Davis Student Foundation through Davisfest and joined because she wants to help support the UC Davis community. Her favorite things to do in her free time are painting/drawing and exploring new places.

Olivia Huntsman (she/her/hers)
Olivia is an Applied Mathematics Major with Statistics Minor. She joined the UC Davis Student Foundation after working for and interning with DEVAR, wanting to become more involved with more facets of philanthropy. She enjoys crocheting, playing video games, and baking in her spare time, on the rare occasion she's not studying.
