UC Davis Department of Orthopaedic Surgery stands at the leading edge of orthopaedic knowledge and research. We provide best-in-class learning opportunities to medical students, resident physicians, clinical and postdoctoral fellows, graduate and undergraduate students.
The Lipscomb Alumni Fund, formed to honor the department founder, Dr. Paul Lipscomb, supports resident education. Funds are used to purchase equipment, training tools, social networking opportunities and research support. These experiences help our residents grow into the advanced and patient centered orthopaedic surgeons of tomorrow.
