UC Davis Children's Hospital Toy Drive 2019

The Virtual Toy Drive is an online campaign that provides friends and family both near and far the opportunity to support the holiday toy drive for UC Davis Children's Hospital without the hassle of having to shop and ship packages.

Our non-profit hospital relies on community support to provide toys and games for patients and families during their stay. Your gift will ensure that we have fun to last us all year round! We ask for your support in giving generously what you can. All donations are tax-deductible as allowable by law.

The UC Davis Foundation and The Regents of the University of California - the two gift-receiving arms for UC Davis Health - are both qualified charities that provide donors with tax benefits to the full extent of the law. Your gift qualifies for a tax-deduction in accordance with IRS regulations, during the calendar year that you make your gift. After making a gift you will receive an email with information that can serve as a receipt for your files. Please consult your tax professional for more information.

Your gift will be used by our Child Life team to purchase toys, games, crafts, electronics and much more so that every child spending the holiday season in the hospital receives a gift. Plus, supplies are needed year-round to stock the playroom, to engage and distract patients at the bedside, and to help reach developmental milestones. Any remaining funds from the Virtual Toy Drive will help meet these needs.

If you would like to support something other than the Virtual Toy Drive, please select "other" during checkout and write in the fund of your choice. You have to select something in the drop downs to give, so we suggest choosing the UC Davis Children's Hospital drop down menu, then select "other" as your fund designation choice. There will be a place to write in the fund designation you would like to support. Examples of other funds include: Facility dog program, neonatal intensive care unit, children’s surgery center, pediatric cancer research, etc. Thank you.

Yes, you can make multiple gifts when you check out. Make sure to select "Add a Donation" on the gift menu to select the other areas you would like to support. Your card will only be charged once for the sum of your donations.

Yes. There is a $5 minimum.
