University Honors Program
Give to the University Honors Program

(formerly known as Integrated Studies Honors Program and Davis Honors Challenge)

The University Honors Program offers our most promising students and future leaders an enriched learning environment that encourages students to think critically, collaborate across disciplines, and develop global perspectives.

While we celebrate our program’s history, we believe it is time to reimagine what an honors program in 21st century America can and should be.

Our vision combines the great traditions of prestigious honors programs—developing cohorts of like-minded students, interdisciplinary study, reduced student-faculty ratio, and increased student-faculty contact hours—with the uniquely UC Davis brand of interdisciplinary problem solving and leadership.

We are building the most interdisciplinary, service-oriented, locally to globally engaged, and diverse honors program in the nation: one that will bring together interdisciplinary cohorts of students to collaborate on solutions to society’s most pressing challenges. Our dream includes building a gathering space for honors students that will be a testbed for innovative teaching and a training ground for tomorrow’s leaders.

The need for well-prepared and talented leaders has never been greater. The challenges we face are wide-ranging and complicated, and demand diverse leaders who think about problems from multiple perspectives and are committed to bettering the world. A substantial investment in the talent of this generation must be made in order to secure a bright future for all.

This Give Day, consider investing in the next generation of leaders. Invest in the University Honors Program.
